Are the categories supposed to link?

Now, when I go to http://forums.theknot.com/community from the Knot's home page > Community > Tools > See All, I see a list of categories (Wedding Boards, Cultural Wedding Boards, etc.), but none of them link. I can't actually click on anything on that page. Is that normal?

I just noticed almost this exact problem. I go to forums.theknot.com>browse all discussion boards>see all and then none of the links to other sections (local, month, etc.) work. They are unclickable. 
 
The link to the broken page for me is http://forums.theknot.com/categories. 

I can't seem to find any way to get to the local boards on mobile. As I posted about in a previous thread, the drop downs on that first link (forums.theknot.com) are broken as well. 

I use safari on an iPhone.

Yes, that's where I'm having trouble, too. I'm using Chrome on a Mac.

Just an update, http://forums.theknot.com/categories should be fixed now! They're still working on the rest of the bugs but making some progress
