Inexpensive Alternative Venue?

We're hoping to get married this coming summer (2017) but have been having a hard time trying to find venue options while remaining in budget. My ideal venue would be the Bonnet Island Estate (stunning!) keeping things on the beachy/rustic side of things but we were planning on keeping the entire wedding budget as close to $10k as possible. Does anyone happen to know of any similar but smaller and less expensive venues still in the south/central Jersey area?

    OP, if you ever come back - how many people and what is the budget for the reception only?

    You really can't compare venues unless you know what OPs $10k was based on.  How many guests, what day of the week, what time of the year, is tax and service cost included?  Also, other things like photographer, DJ, florist, dress, etc can eat away at the $10k quickly.  You need to prioritize what's important.
