Oh yes, and I'm envious of you Canadians and your Coffee Crisp. I love Coffee Crisp and have not been able to find it for the past few years.
I'll send you my Coffee Crisp- I think they are just "meh". I will absolutely eat them if they are sitting in a bowl in front of me, but I'd happily make a trade with you ;).
I pillfered all the coffee crisp. They are my candy bar of choice.
  • How have Nerds not even gotten a nod yet?!  I stole a bunch from my BFFs stash.

And I will eat laffy taffy all day, right after I read the jokes on the outside to whomever is nearby and crack up!

If anyone ever visits Grand Junction, CO, be sure to go to Main Street where there is a wonderful retro-candy shop.  It has all kinds of candy that was popular many years ago, but, alas, at modern prices.  They have been very successful!

There is a place here in SouthCentral PA called Mr. Ed's Elephant Museum that also sells a lot of the old style candies along with some other interesting goodies.  And yes there A TON of elephant statues to look at too.  The place is so fun to visit and is near GETTYSBURG so maybe someday one of you will be there and stop in!  (https://www.mistereds.com/)

Over here, it's the Mast General Store.  Most of the stores have a separate candy section with old/new/rare/common candy, but the original store has a whole separate building just for candy.  We have spent embarrassing amounts of money there, but apparently we're not the only fans:

I pretty much like any candy except life saver gummies. Ick. Ick. Ick

butterfinger peanut butter cups may be my hands down favorite.  Dh brought them home a few weeks ago and I can't stop eating them.
FW loves chocolate and peanut butter together but isn't a huge fan of Butterfinger peanut butter cups. Odd. More for me, though.

    I don't like them either.
  • just as I finally got over my sadness of no more leftover Halloween candy in the office, more came out and now I can't stop eating again.
