Hi all! I'm planning a Western/Indian wedding for next year and am having a few concerns about my hairstyle. My future MIL has informed me that a dupatta/chunni is required for my ceremony outfit, and that a center parted low bun is the best option for draping.
I understand the convenience, but personally do not like this style on myself and would like to pursue alternative hairstyles, especially as I will be wearing a more Western white dress for the reception. Does anyone have ideas on how to style my hair to help secure the veil and tikka, but still manage to be a bit fashionable?
