We used Strictly Video to video our wedding day this past fall. I
have placed several calls and a text to the videographer to ask when I could
expect to see the final product. We received our raw footage several months ago
but are awaiting the edited version. Has anyone who has used this company ever
had a similar issue? The company was a pleasure to work with up to and
including our wedding day. We have paid our contract in full per the terms of
our agreement in order to receive our raw footage but now I can't even seem to
get a call back regardng our finished product. I find this behavior very
unprofessional. Just wanted to know if anyone else had the same experience and
how you rectified it?
