Eco Friendly Place Settings

I need some help finding nice but inexpensive eco friendly utensils. I already have palm leaf plates but I can't seem to find utensils that aren't small or junk.

The most eco friendly are anything that aren't disposable. Can your caterer supply real cutlery?

Otherwise try bamboo or vegware cutlery if you have to have it be disposable. 

But really, if you are concerned with being eco friendly, please consider renting proper metal cutlery that can be washed and reused. it is INFINITELY better for the planet.

My work cafeteria uses made from potato cutlery. Agree with @LondonLisa that you should avoid disposable and go with reusable.

Eco-friendly = wash and reuse.  Sam's Club sells cheap silverware that you can resell that will get used time and time again (You can use it whenever you invite people over for parties/cookouts)...  Or just contact a local rental company and you may find them cheaper than you thought to rent and can return the disposables you already got.

Oh my goodness, yes!  We kept running out of forks between dishwashing, so we decided to go pick up a "few" more.  Like around 6 extra forks.  The cheapest place we found silverware, even considering we only needed a few, was Sam's Club.  I think we paid $7-$8 for a box of 25 forks.  Talk about overkill!  We were passing them out to the neighbors, lol.
