Engagement Party Ideas

Hi! I am having an engagement party at Katy Daly's in Massapequa. I am trying to figure out if only having favors is okay or if I need balloons/centerpieces. If anyone had an engagement party there, has been in their downstairs room or has any ideas I would greatly appreciate the feedback. My fiance and I are going back and forth with this idea. Thank you in advance.

    It depends how fancy you want the party to be.  I had a very casual engagement party without centerpieces, balloons, or favors, so it's really up to you.  The feel should fit your personalities, but you shouldn't go too crazy... the more you save now, the more you can spend on the wedding!
