It is a little pricy but I don’t want to do a surgical procedure right now and it doesn’t really have any down time (pain and bruising is normal but for me it’s been manageable). I feel like I’ve seen a lot of good results. I only lost about ten pounds in between my first two sessions so it was reasonably comparable, and the results were really good. I can’t really compare this session to my first session from 2019 because I’ve lost 40 lbs so it wouldn’t be fair.  But no matter how hard I work, I still have a few areas that kind of just stay the same. Coolsculpting has definitely made a difference in those areas. For most people at least two sessions per treatment area is needed although you can see a difference after one. My FSIL has also gotten coolsculpting on her lower abdomen. She’s super fit but was always unhappy with her “pooch.” It definitely helped her and she saw good results too. 

The other cool thing was they have a fancy biometric scale at the place I get mine done. My muscle mass is up almost 30 lbs from 2019 so that was exciting.

FedEx update: Because of our reporting/notification laws and they don't want leaks, they are holding people who direct knowledge of who's deceased so that it's not reported to families before positive ID can be made.  So there's a lot more than the 8 people that have been unable to communicate with their families. Finger's crossed for sister's co-worker that her brother is one of the people they're holding. 

Also, they identified the shooter.  He was a 19 year old.

@levioosa that is awesome.  I got one done before my wedding at a medspa and my second at a dentist lol.  Dentists are really putting their hands into the medspa stuff.  The guy that does my botox/fillers is also one!

workout vids - I think damce ones.  I saw the one dor circle 8, about people losing weight so I’m leaning more towards dance/zumba/. But I also should buy some free weights and do that as well.

The news is coming out painfully slowly.  The first part I only know because my sister is telling me and our older sister what she's hearing. 

I didn't see if he's an employee or not.  I'm sure there's going to be another press conference at some point today.

@CharmedPam I heard through the rumor mill he was an employee who was mad that he thought his paycheck was shorted. No idea if that is true though, everything is pretty tight-lipped so far like mrsconn said.

I know we have many naysyers on the shop ahead strategy, but I just "shopped" my closet for my niece's birthday this weekend. It was so nice to just grab some things I already had on had and wrap it up. Whatever I didn't choose will be for Christmas. It was about $70 worth of stuff I paid $20 for so I'm happy!

And of course, his name has been spoken 100 times now and we know all about how he was fired last year and his arrest history. 

Don't know shit about one victim. Just knowing third hand of one family is waiting to know if it's one of their loved ones, this is maddening.  They've been sitting in a hotel ballroom all day just waiting.  This has to be so much agony. Especially if they have their phones and push notifications.
