How should I serve water?

I’m having a buffet style dinner at my wedding reception and I have no clue how I should serve water since I won’t have waiters. My bar services vendor will have water available behind the bar of course but I’m not sure what is the most convenient and cost efficient way to do this. Our caterer offers a coffee serving station which we are doing, should I just try to do a water serving station as well? Water bottles? Help please!!

I would just do water bottles. Normally I would say to do pitchers of water on the tables, but with pandemic concerns I think water bottles are a better choice.

If you're providing the water, this is the easiest/most efficient way to go..  Bonus if you can commandeer some coolers to put them in ice ahead of time so they're cold for everyone..   Have some Sharpies for people to mark their names on their bottle if they'd like.  I'd have cups and ice available as well though (you won't need very many, but depending on the temperatures, it may be nice to have some ice with a scoop (buy a box of disposable gloves from Sam's for people to use when serving themselves)..

water bottles or disposable glasses will be better. As in pandemic, this approach will be easy for all.
