I'm looking at a venue that is typically a summer camp with many cabins filled with bunkbeds. They have mattresses, but require that guests bring their own pillows, sheets/blankets, and towels. Many of my guests would be flying in from out of town, so I don't want to ask them to bring these. Do you know of any companies that would rent these for maybe 80+ beds / 120+ guests? It would be even better if they would actually make all of the beds too initially. I'm interested in people's experiences with something similar no matter where they are, but bonus points for relevant tips for this near the California Sierra Nevadas, where this venue is.
