Bridesmaids dresses??? HELP

So I took my girls shopping dor dresses and I think we found the perfect dresses for them.  However, I have not picked my dress yet.  I that okay or should i pick my dress first?  I don't mind if their dresses don't look like mine but the lady at the salon was shocked that i had not picked my dress prior to picking my bridesmaid.

    I don't think it really matters what your dress looks like. I'm sure the BM dresses will look great either way. Some salons are just very "bride first then BMs" not b/c you HAVE TO, its just how MOST people do it.

    Yeah, I agree with the above post.

    I also bought my bridesmaid dresses before I had found my dress. It is your wedding, not the consultants do whatever you want to.
    And now we are as one
