Does anyone know where you can either rent or buy silver charger plates for CHEAP...I need about 200 of them for the reception.

hobby lobby has them also, i think they are about 1 or 2 dollars when they are at half off

Yes, I saw some recently at the store but I didn't pay attention to the price, you can find them on their website online also I just looked.
