NWR: Need casual Sugarland venue for 65 ppl, onsite catering, no bar needed

Hi Knotties! I'm a Houston Bumpie who recently moved from Oklahoma, so I have no clue about venues around here. I'm looking for a venue for my MIL's surprise 70th birthday party. 

Anything around Sugarland, Stafford or SW part of town, casual, onsite catering is a must, no bar needed, 65 people, budget under $1600.
