Blue Rocks Catering?

This may be too late- but I'll throw in my two cents!  We got proposals from 4 caterers- Blue Rocks, Plantation, Russell Morin, and Blackstone.  We eliminated Russell Morin for reasons that are irrelevant here.  My parents, fiance, and myself went to tastings at the other 3 caterers.  The food at all 3 was good; however, Blue Rocks was all four of our least favorite & the woman who owns the company is a bit.... rough around the edges.  We didn't feel comfortable leaving our big day in her hands, I felt like I would have had many sleepless nights leading up to the wedding wondering if she could pull it off.  For what it's worth, the proposals from Plantation and Blackstone were in the same general ballpark as Blue Rocks.  We went with Blackstone & couldn't be happier that we did!

Never used or contacted them, but heard good things from a girl at work (party, not wedding though).
