Help with program wording?

I would like to mention something regarding my late mother at the bottom of our programs. Just something short and sweet, but I am not sure how to word that. Any suggestions?

We put:

Regretfully some of our friends and relatives are no longer here to celebrate this special day.  We feel they are here in spirit and they will always be in our hearts.  We would like to remember with love:          

                           

            and then put the names of 4 friends/family
