If you are considering boudoir pics, DO IT! So fun!!!

I just had my boudoir session yesterday, at Adoralee in Norman and OMG, so freaking fun, y'all!!!

I did them as a gift to Keith for our first anniversary, but they'd be great as a wedding gift for your fiances too!  If you have any questions, I'd be glad to answer them.

Missing our little turkey.

I want to do this, but it makes me nervous!  Our wedding photographer offers sessions now so I may think about it.  I'm comfortable around her, but not sure if I'm THAT comfortable!

I want to do these too, but I'm plus sized too so I'm not sure how comfortable I would feel doing them.  Tisha, your pics in your signature look awesome!!

I had an AMAZING session with Audacious Photography After Dark(<---click!) back in July. Terri and Sky are amazing photographers, and they make you feel so comfortable and like a total FOX! I might not be plus sized but I do have my insecurities too. My fiance will be getting his last little black book he'll ever need on our wedding day. I had such a hard time picking 20-30 photos I liked the most. If it were up to me...I would want them ALL! I was very nervous about it but Terri and Sky calmed my nerves. Boudoir is definitely for all shapes, and sizes. All you ladies should definitely consider doing it. It makes a great gift. :)

Girls, seriously, size does NOT matter.  I'm fat (I'm 5'1" and weigh around 250lbs, and am usually about a size 22) and it was a BLAST! Wear what's comfortable to you, and if you go to a pro (Adoralee specializes in boudoir pics, so they are seriously awesomesauce!) they'll know how to pose your body for you, to make the most of it.  I'm not going to lie, they can't make you look skinny, lol, but they can make you look sexy no matter what.

So, I mean, others can think what they want, but I personally think I look pretty hot, even with my fat showing.

In those pics, I'm wearing some cute gun print panties from Torrid, some large mesh fishnets, sexy black heels, a black lace bra, and a pink tank top.

The other outfit I wore (in my profile pic) were cute sort of athletic wedges in army green, a camo t-shirt cut up, and some brown boyshort panties.

And I had them do my hair and makeup, yes.

I love your pics! They look amazing, was it an uncomfortable experience or was it pretty chill?  I guess I'm just not used to the idea of being in my underwear in front of strangers lol

It was not uncomfortable at all.  I think a lot of that had to do with the atmosphere and the general attitude of the people at Adoralee.  I didn't feel at all like anyone was judging me or anything.  You just realize that they have probably seem a little bit of EVERYTHING in that line of work, so no matter what, you are NOT going to surprise them.  lmao You know?

My Fiance is a photographer and he keeps asking me to do some pics like that. I don't know though cause I've always been camera shy even in my usual jeans and tshirts. I think it's a cool idea and would love to do it but i'm not sure if I could ever shake the nervousness.

haha Yes! I totally understand, I didn't think about it like that, but you are right they have definitely seen EVERYTHING before.  Thanks for the confidence boost!
