Best Idea Ever

So... as I was freaking out about how much I had to get done in the next two weeks before my wedding, a co-worker suggested that I hire someone to come in and clean my house (my family is coming from out of town and staying here), so I wouldn't have to do that AND wedding stuff at the same time!

So, I sucked it up and hired someone.  It was the best idea ever.  My house looks fantastic, and I am so much less overwhelmed than I would have been!  I highly suggest it to all of you, if you can fit it in!

Who did you hire?  I am so in the need of a house cleaner!  Were they reasonable?

I'm curious also...how much did it cost and what is the name of the company? Were you home during the cleaning or no?

I can't remember the name of the company she worked for, she is used by a friend of the family so I called her directly.  But I can tell you she was excellent!  She cleaned everything (inside microwave, ceiling fans, light fixtures, etc.)  If you guys want her info PM me and I can give you her name and number.  FI was home the majority of the time she was cleaning, and then I came home right as she was finishing, so I was able to lock up after her.  The friend that uses her said she is very trustworthy, and she was super, super nice.  Told me to call her if I was unhappy with anything and she would come back and re-clean it.

Oh... forgot part, she charged me $90 which I felt was reasonable because she was there for almost 5 hrs.  She cleans our friend's house for $65, because its a smaller house and they are repeat customers.

Definitely gonna have her back before I host Thanksgiving!
