program wording w/navy chaplain

i'm doing layered wedding programs so on one page it has the order of events of the ceremony.

at the top, i want to write out the name of our navy chaplain but i don't know what proper wording is.

do you say, "officiant: blah blah"?

 Officiant: Lieutenant Commander John Smith, United States Navy
