What is up with this board lately? Granted I've been MIA a bit (and only really commenting on happy threads) because I've been inundated with schoolwork and simply can't keep up with all the crazy. Sheesh. Is there a full Knot moon or something?

Anyway. I'm working on an urban studies paper and going to see "Jackass" (yes, yes I know) later. What does the Saturday bring for everyone?

    Haha this board has been all over the place and hey I added to it! Yay! I'm jealous of you seeing Jackass, I wanna go. lol. Saturday is Halloween costume shopping, painting and god knows what else.

    I have to write a paper for my Comm. Theory class. Lucky me. It shouldn't be too bad it will pretty much take up the whole weekend. BF and I were supposed to go to a movie with friends tonight but we had to re-schedule for Monday. Oh yeah I have a PR test to study for too...ugh this semester sucks. I'm half way done though! yay!

    I seriously do not envy all you girls in school right now...I don't miss writing papers at all.

    I just made myself a very yummy peach and banana smoothie (my poor blender is so protesting - just hold on for 4 1/2 more months...really hoping I get the awesome blender I put on the registry, otherwise, I will definitely have to buy it on my own).

    Tonite is my inhome spa night that I won...totally can't wait!

    Angie, I'm just gonna stop reading my articles on "Rights between Friends" and come over and drink smoothies and hijack your spa night. No big deal.

    Do you have half year courses Beth? Mine are all full year, sooo I have the same courses until April. It can be really long sometimes. But it also means I don't have any papers due until November/December.

    Yeah my courses are half year. I couldn't imagine staying in the same course for a year! I would lose my mind. I'm already sick of my classes this semester. But that's probably because I realized I hate my major emphasis and my minor.

    Angie - I'm gonna join bren in hijacking your spa night. I'm jealous!

    Spa night? Smoothies? OMG that sounds fabulous right now.

    I love my classes this semester, but it's SO much work. I was spoiled before.

    OMG, I've had the most badass day ever.  We got FI a winter coat (finally!)   I also got a dress for my law school's fall ball.  I LOVE it.  I also got a new perfume!  GOOD shopping day.

    Now we're heading to dinner to celebrate my friends birthday.  Then we're heading to a party.

    My day = pure awesomeness.

    I've missed you GPB.

    Aw, thanks Shoes! I've missed everyone here. Your dress is GORGEOUS. Dare I say it would make a beautiful wedding gown if longer?

    And yay for new perfumes. I recently went back to my old standby (Happy by Clinique) and don't know how I ever did without it.

    My mom, sis and I went to a pumpkin/apple picking farm and went on a hayride. Nothing like mid-October leaves in Ohio! It was an awesome way to celebrate my mom's bday.

    The spa night was wonderful! My friends and I had all figured that the gal might try to sell us some of her products at the end of the night, but we figured to get pampered for 2 hours, we could sit through her 15 min sales pitch - she was not pushy, never tried to get anyone to buy anything and it was so worth listening to her talk - everyone said they had a wonderful time - saw a couple of the friends at church this morning and they said they had the best night's sleep in a long time.

    And my smoothie was so good yesterday, I just now made another one and it was just as yummy :)
