1) Have you ever had stitches? What'd you do to get them?Never!
2) Have you ever had surgery? For what?I had my tonsils taken out when I was a sophomore in college -- worst experience of my entire life ever.  I had sinus surgery about 3 years ago because I had about 7 sinus infections a year for several years.  And I had LASIK 2 years ago -- best thing ever!! 
3) How do you take your coffee/tea?I like 2 Splendas & extra skim milk in my coffee.  I like my tea with honey.  
4) How many siblings do you have?While I usually refer to myself as an only child (because I'm my mom's only & I never lived with any of my halves/steps) technically I have 1 half brother & 1 half sister, a step brother & a step sister but I also have a step brother & 2 step sisters from my mom's 2nd marriage (he passed away when I was 8).  My step brother from my mom's 2nd marriage married my step sister from my mom's third marriage.  Did you get all that?  I'm going to quiz you on this later.  
5) Have you ever been in a fist fight?  If yes, explain.Yes.... some girl who was known for fighting just decided she didn't like me for absolutely no reason and she punched me in the face when I was a senior in high school.  I was SO upset afterwards -- like hysterical, I went home & my mom thought someone died -- but according to other people that were there I held my own so I'm proud of that.
6) Have you ever failed a class?Yes, I didn't do very well my junior year of high school & I failed US History.  I hate memorizing all of those dates LOL (super embarrassing)
7) What's your favorite movie?Steel Magnolias. I know every word
8) Do you speak any other languages?Nope, I can say some things in French & I can read it pretty well but I wouldn't say I speak it. 
9) What's the longest amount of time you've spent away from your SO?Probably around 4 days.  I get a lot more time off than he does so sometimes I'll spend a long weekend at my parents house down the shore without him.  This winter we'll spend a whole week apart when I go to Grand Cayman with my girlfriends.  That will be hard!!!

1) Have you ever had stitches? What'd you do to get them?Yes under my left eye. I was pushed into a tree when I was 5 and fell so hard I had to have stiches... on my face! 
2) Have you ever had surgery? For what? I've had my tonsils taken out (so I guess I had more stiches there). I had had tonsilitis for almost a year straight when I was 7. So out they went.
3) How do you take your coffee/tea? Either iced or hot... I usually prefer just cream no sweetener. Sometimes I get crazy and put in either vanilla syrup, white mocha or gingerbread syrup that I have at home. NOM!
4) How many siblings do you have? 1, although I have a cousin I grew up with in the same house and I consider him my brother
5) Have you ever been in a fist fight?  If yes, explain. I once (drunkely) decked a guy for trying to feel me up from behind. He hit the ground... therefore it wasn't really a fight per say. (This embarrasingly earmed me the name knockout K)
6) Have you ever failed a class? Yep Statistics had to be retaken.
7) What's your favorite movie? When Harry Met Sally!!!!!
8) Do you speak any other languages? Habla poquito espanol et petit peu francais
9) What's the longest amount of time you've spent away from your SO? He went to Germany last fall for 9 days for work. Then he missed his flight back to the US. Worst/best experience for us.... it really tested us.
10) Make me laugh. I just ate a macaroon for breakfast. Ok... not funny. But I would love a recipe if someone has one who is actually reading all this.

Long story, but in college I saw a creepy guy (not a college guy...someone from outside campus, at least in his 40s) groping a girl that I had just been working with on a project but who left before me. <strong>I punched him and then kneed him in the balls</strong>, then went to the campus police. They didn't catch him, but at least he didn't keep doing what he was doing. 6) Have you ever failed a class? Nope. 7) What's your favorite movie? Um, I have no idea. I always draw a blank when people ask me my favorite things. I'll get back to you on that one. 8) Do you speak any other languages? I used to be conversational in Spanish (and actually better at reading and writing than speaking) but I stopped taking classes and don't use it anymore.  9) What's the longest amount of time you've spent away from your SO? I think like 4 days. He goes ice fishing for an ice fishing derby one long weekend a year (4 days) and I used to travel a lot for work and I think 4 days was my longest stretch.  10) Make me laugh.

1) Have you ever had stitches? What'd you do to get them?

In fouth grade I got bit by a dog and had one whole stitch in my upper arm. During my freshman year of college I underestimated my strength and smashed a glass in my hand while going to fill it up with water. That was a mess. I got four or five stitches in my finger and just recently regained almost full feeling in it. Weird.

2) Have you ever had surgery? For what?

I had those things put in your ears to stop ear aches when I was little.

3) How do you take your coffee/tea?

Green Mountain "Dark Magic" with Coffee Mate French Vanilla creamer and maybe a teaspoon of Turbinado Sugar.

4) How many siblings do you have?

Just one, my big bro'.

5) Have you ever been in a fist fight?  If yes, explain.

Kind of. It was in highschool. Started as a joke but kind of ended serious. We were still laughing about it, but I think both of us were kind of pissed off.

6) Have you ever failed a class?

No

7) What's your favorite movie?

Gangs of New York by far.

8) Do you speak any other languages?

I took seven years of Spanish so I speak that alright. I'm also in my third year of Arabic. I'm not as fluent in Arabic as I was my third year of Spanish, but I'm getting there! We had to spend an entire semester learning the alphabet and sounds and how to write, so that set us back a bit. And of course, I speak Ubbi Dubbi.

9) What's the longest amount of time you've spent away from your SO?

A month this Summer when he went to China.

Nope. Wait, does dental surgery count? I've gotten my wisdom teeth taken out, but I think  you mean major surgery. Or at least bodily surgery. 
3) How do you take your coffee/tea?
Coffee: cream and sugar. Tea: sugar
4) How many siblings do you have?
1 big brother
5) Have you ever been in a fist fight?  If yes, explain.

Yes. In high school I failed a math class. I had to go to summer school. It was uncool. But didn't really matter in the long run at all. 
7) What's your favorite movie?
Oy...too many good ones to pick. Now that we are close to Halloween, I always watch Hocus Pocus. Yes, it's a Disney movie for kids from a bazillion years ago, but I love it. I also always watch Home Alone and Christmas Vacation in December. There aren't very many Thanksgiving movies so I tend to watch all the Friends Thanksgiving episodes. I like getting into the spirit via tv/movie entertainment.



8) Do you speak any other languages?
Really bad, mangled French. 
9) What's the longest amount of time you've spent away from your SO?
Maybe close to 2 weeks. I'd say about 10 days.

I got bit in the face by a dog. My neighbor's dog got hit by a car and I needed to get her home- so I carried her down the street. Unfortunately, she was scared and bit me in the face.

2) Have you ever had surgery? For what?
I had a grapefruit size ovarian tumor removed.

3) How do you take your coffee/tea?
Flavored like pumpkin with lots of sugar, spices and whipped cream?

4) How many siblings do you have?
1- a 16 year old sister.

5) Have you ever been in a fist fight?  If yes, explain.
Negative.

6) Have you ever failed a class?
Negative- In fact, I graduated magna cume laude .

Dirty Dancing

1) Have you ever had stitches? What'd you do to get them?
Yep.  Just recently I had two sets on my left one - the first set in the emergency room and then the second set when they had to take out the first set and redo them during surgery to repair the tendons & nerve.  Fun-fun!

That good ol' hand surgery I mentioned in #1

3) How do you take your coffee/tea?
I don't drink either very often but when I do I like my coffee with sugar & cream.  Tea, straight up

4) How many siblings do you have?
2 older (step) brothers, 1 younger (step) sister

Hehehe - this makes me giggle for some reason.  I have never been in a fist fight.  Can't imagine a situation where I ever would be!!

6) Have you ever failed a class?
Hmmmm . . . I'm sure I failed something my freshman year of college when I was busy goofing off.  Can't remember though.

7) What's your favorite movie?
I don't have just one favorite but I will ALWAYS watch any of the following:  Top Gun, Fried Green Tomatoes, Pretty Woman, Steel Magnolias

8) Do you speak any other languages?
Not a bit.  I took four years of Spanish in high school; worthless since I remember nothing (NADA!!).  One year of Korean in college because I wanted to learn something different.  Also worthless since I don't remember it.  I also took American Sign Language in college because my sister is deaf.  She signs and reads lips so I don't necessarily need to sign to talk to her but the little bit I learned helps.  I just wish we lived closer so I could keep up those skills!

9) What's the longest amount of time you've spent away from your SO?
Over two months earlier this year when I was deployed.  I left right after Christmas and returned home in early March.  That was tough.

Ummm...yes. Many times actually. I don't take people's crap, and say what's on my mind...it can get me in trouble....
The best story though is once when I was out with ExH - this guy was being a real creeper and staring at me... Ex asked him stop, a friend told him to stop, and i told him to stop. My friend went outside to smoke a cigarette, and i went with her - the creeper followed. Me, being slightly tipsy and really irritated - I said "Do you not understand F*$*#*#n English??" He just looked at me funny. "I've told you to stop, my H told you to stop, and my friend asked you stop as well. So either you don't understand English or your a F***$*#n idiot" He gives me this retarded grin and says "It's a free country, i can do what i want." "Oh really? So i can do what I want, then?" He looks at me weird and says "I don't care" So I reared back, and punched him in the sternum....knocked his a$$ to the concrete. My Ex came outside to see where I was, saw him on the ground, looked at him and then at me..."what happened" My friend pointed at me... I looked at my ex, "What? He pissed me off. Plus he said I could do what I want"

5) Have you ever been in a fist fight?  If yes, explain. Yep, a dude stole some stuff from me when I was like 13 so we beat the sweet bejeezus out of each other.

6) Have you ever failed a class? Yep, fencing when I was at Wittenberg because I just stopped going to class.

7) What's your favorite movie? The Fall.

8) Do you speak any other languages? Japanese and French. I've also studied German, Russian, ASL and Ewe.

9) What's the longest amount of time you've spent away from your SO? Since we've been dating, no more than a few days. He went on a business trip right after we started dating, so we had that time apart, but now we rarely go for more than 24 hours without seeing each other face-to-face (even less than that if you count sleeping in the same bed when I've gone to sleep before he's gotten home from work).

10) Make me laugh. My humor is Internet-based and therefore crass, so I don't think that anyone would want to try my attempts at making them laugh. I'm already persona non grata enough, so I figure that would take it to a level I'd rather not reach.

Yep.  When I was like 7 I was at this lady's house playing on a rope swing, which was situated over a rose bush.  I fell in the rose bush (which had convieniently just been clipped) and the stem went into my leg.  I still have the scar on my thigh

Wisdom teeth.  And I had an endoscopy to diagnose my celiac.  But for real surgery, nope.
3) How do you take your coffee/tea?
Tea.  With sweet and low.

Nope.  But not because I've never wanted to.  I just have an insane amount of self control.

Nope.  I withdrew before it happened.  Although, technically, I failed math and German while I was living in Germany, but they wouldn't actually fail me because I was an American.  Living in Germany.  And the classes were in German.
7) What's your favorite movie?
Currently the Jaws series for it's utter ridiculousness.
8) Do you speak any other languages?
I speak fluent German.  On a good day, you can even have a sentence or two in decent French.

6) Have you ever failed a class?No. The closest I came was in a physics class in college. I needed it for my major but was hovering between a C and D, so I withdrew from it. I took it again a year later and ended up with a C. It was the only C I got in college.
7) What's your favorite movie?I can't name just one. For Love of the Game (Kevin Costner/Kelly Preston), The Sound of Music, Rudy
8) Do you speak any other languages?I can speak a very small (en peu, un piquito) amount of French and Spanish. I learn a little bit of Germany whenevr FI and I go to Germany, but I lose it pretty quickly.
9) What's the longest amount of time you've spent away from your SO?One month. Not long after I moved to AZ, FI had to go to Houston for work for four months. We saw each other once a month. It was hard, but now we know we can get through anything.

I have...I've worked at a pet store forever and the one day I dropped a glass water bottle from one of the cages (it was a little wet and slipped out of my hand).  It shattered and one of the snards ricocheted off the floor and hit my ankle bone.  Deep cut + normally flexible body part = bad news bears.  I have an epic scar.

I had a jillion teeth extracted as a kid...just had too many for my mouth to hold.  Ironically, I only have one wisdom tooth and it is still intact.

3) How do you take your coffee/tea?

Coffee...with a delicious creamer, like bailey's (usually non-alcoholic)
Tea...straight up, unless it's chai...in which case, I like it latte style

4) How many siblings do you have?

Just a brother...he's 18

Eh, other than beating up on my brother now and then, I haven't.  But that's not to say that I don't think about smacking stupid people on the daily.

Only one...ever.  And through no fault of my own.  Dude was just a retiring asshole...funny how little professors care when they're ready to be set free.

Tough call, really.  I like psycho thrillers, comedies...anything with themes of mental illnesss

Once, when I was two. It was my second birthday, and I was jumping on the couch and fell and hit my head on the coffee table. I had stiches above my left eye and I still have a tiny scar.

Never had surgery.

3) How do you take your coffee/tea?

Tea with honey and a splash of milk if it isn't herbal. Coffee with cream and sugar (and a Turbo shot if it's at Dunkies)

4) How many siblings do you have?

One, a younger sister who is my bestest friend in the world. And probably a bunch of half siblings that I would love to meet - or at least know about.

5) Have you ever been in a fist fight? If yes, explain.

My sister and I have gotten in some physical arguments, but nothing like an all-out fist fight. In kindergarten, there was a bully named Chris who stole my Oreos every day. When my mom asked me what I wanted her to do about it (call his mom, etc), I told her just to give me two bags of cookies. When Chris started demanding both bags of Oreos, I asked him to come talk to me in the coat closet, where I proceeded to punch him in the face and make his nose bleed. He ran out crying, and never stole anyone's Oreos again.

6) Have you ever failed a class?

Nope. Came pretty close in a couple of classes in college (what can I say, I had a pretty crazy freshman year), but never failed.

7) What's your favorite movie?

Sixteen Candles.

8) Do you speak any other languages?

I speak conversational Spanish.

9) What's the longest amount of time you've spent away from your SO?

A couple years ago my sister and I took a random impromptu getaway to Maine for about 3 nights (my parents were up there on vacation so we went to see them). Then this year, I spent a fateful weekend at my mother's house when we were fighting and it was awful.

I've had a scope for my stomach back in January and tubes in my ears when I was little.

I don't drink coffee. Tea I like iced plain so long as it is good tea otherwise I like a half a teaspoon raw sugar. Hot tea I like plain if its green or Oolong, with skim milk if its black or earl grey, and with a teaspoon raw sugar if it a fruity tea.

Yes, I was playing with my friends pony tail when I was in high school and my finger got caught on a knot and she thought I pulled her hair I ended up kicking her to get her off of me and I left bruises on her thigh from my shoes : / I had nail marks in my arm for like a week.

Yes I failed gym class in middle school because I refused to swim in the neon green pool.

I am fairly fluent in conversational Spanish. Basically I can talk to my family just fine, but I wouldn't ace a Spanish class.

Hmmm... About a month. I think that's the longest we went after we were official and we were still LD. But since he moved here, its been about 10 days (while I was in Venezuela this summer).

I talked to him all of three times because he never had access to a phone (he was moving around a lot and not on his own schedule). 3: Two older sisters and an older brother. My sisters and I all sound the same so our aunts have taken to calling us by the respective city we live in.

No I've never actually hit someone in anger. I do love boxing though and am looking to get into it more.

In senior year of high school I failed my journalism class. It was taught by a spanish teacher who didn't understand that I wanted to be a Nat. Geo Photographer. turns out I handed in all my work and she never looked at any of it. It was sitting in her inbox (a basket piled high with student work she never got around to). So many people failed because she neglected to do her job and read our papers/homework/etc. I'm still bitter. I feel like she turned me off a career path I was interested in.

7) What's your favorite movie?

V for Vendetta. I saw this movie 6 times in the theater. There's so much to the story and I think it's beautifully shot and acted. Hugo Weaving pulls off V movie while wearing a mask the whole time and that really impressed me. Portman and Weaving are incredible actors.

8) Do you speak any other languages?

I remember a lot of latin but don't speak anything fluently.

9) What's the longest amount of time you've spent away from your SO?

Since moving in about a week and a half. I took a family vacation with just the girls.

 I had the self disolving ones. One time I watched a surgery and had to leave the room when the staples went in. I find them so un-natural, I love taking them out though!

Nope! Absolutely terrified of fighting.

For a math class I took in College we needed 100% to pass... I got 95% so I had to take it a second time, I was so upset with myself over it.

I am officially Bilingual in French and I understand Spanish but can only speak enough to have the most basic conversation.

He works on a week on week off rotation about 2 hours from home so we spend every other week apart. Not the best situation, but we talk a lot and when he's home we're almost always together (unless I'm at work).

Only the after-surgery kind.  I've so far avoided having stitches and would love to keep it that way.

Wisdom teeth, appendix taken out, tonsils taken out, gum surgery to fix them after my front teeth were knocked out, root canal if that counts.

With cream or milk.  I also like it mixed in with a bit of hot chocolate or something.  I don't like coffee to be too strong.

Two little brothers, one just turned 10 and the other is turning 12 soon.

No, but I did fail a grade 10 math exam.  I was in New Orleans for a music competition and missed a weeks worth of classes.  I always struggled in math and just couldn't catch up.  I asked my teacher to help me out and she was a b!tch and told me that it was my own fault I fell behind and she wasn't going to encourage me to miss classes.  She was part of the music program too, I can't believe she wouldn't help me.  So I failed the exam but still passed the class since I did well enough the rest of the year.
7) What's your favorite movie?
Probably the LOTR movies.  
8) Do you speak any other languages?
No.  I used to speak French but stopped after highschool so I can't really remember most of it.  I know a few words of Latvian from a camp I went to when I was a kid.

Just over a month probably.  That would have been when he lived at his cottage in the summers when we were in school and I lived at home.  For the last two years we were in university I lived up there with him because I hated being apart.
