This only works well if he actually had mature sperm before he died, it takes 60 days so theoretically it could be impossible to get sperm if he had emptied with in the last day or so. Also using electricity can kill sperm. I took way too many repro classes for my own good. Also, mature sperm is actually stored in the epidiymis, not technically inside the testes

Ok, so.I have a friend who taught at schools that were on the border of S TX. She had a child in her class that had an interesting conception.

 There are two couples that are hanging out at a bar, and then things start to get hot and heavy so they head to a house. Once at the house, the two couples realize that they only have one condom between the four of them. Now common sense would say “ go to the convenience store and get more, or maybe perhaps some heavy petting”. To these people this meant they should share a condom. Yes, couple one went off and did their thing. Once they were done, they gave the used(!!!!) condom to couple two, who USES THE CONDOM (safety first right?). Anyway, the chick from couple two winds up pregnant, with the dude from couple 1’s child. Poor guy never even touched the lady and he’s paying child support.

And most likely they just cut the sperm out of his cauda epididymis. They COULD shove an electroejaculator up his butt to get sperm, but I'm not too sure how well that'd work without the sympathetic neurons available to cause contractions in his reproductive tract and actually ejaculate. So yeah...my vote is on cutting the little swimmers out :P

I read about something awhile ago where a single dude died and his mom asked for sperm retrieval so that she could use a surrogate to get a grandchild. I was a bit horrified when they granted it to her, to be honest. That just doesn't sound healthy for anyone.
