Buggalo, I actually WANT snow, and an outdoor wedding! Obviously there are certain hang ups with that (not the least of which are the guests and the fact that I still imagine myself in a strapless dress. Hey, I don't actually have to <em>seriously</em> consider the logistics of this yet :P), but I looooove snow.

If you ever want to see me revert to a five year old, let me wake up to snow in the morning. I will wake everyone in the house up to let them know it's snowing, then bolt outside in my PJ's and a trashcan lid. My mom fears me visiting home over Christmas because of this :P

All I know is it'll be a Saturday..or a Friday and it will be in the Spring..Summer..or Fall, heck, maybe even Winter. Actually, probably not winter.

My pet names have always leaned more towards a vampire theme.  I used to have cats named Claudia and Louis (from Interview with a Vampire), and Anita (from the Anita Blake series by Laurell K Hamilton).

Totally thought the same exact thing!

As for me... BF says next year sometime.  We've discussed Spring/Summer before.  May have to push back depending on if I end up converting... see Ugh post for details.

Mutley: Yes, yes it does mean that LD is coming to an end.... End of August/end of Sept at the latest.  Words cannot express how much I cannot wait.  Now I just need to find a job....eek!

Plans are going to be very simple.  We have about $4k to pay in lawyers fees for FI's immigration paperwork once we're married, and we just can't afford a big shindig on top of that.  We've pretty much settled on getting married at city hall in NYC and then going out to dinner with our 20 closest family and friends.  It's much more "us" than a big wedding, and I've come to realize that I don't really want to deal with picking colors and flowers and DJ's and BM dresses and  favors and.... etc.

Bonus: We have enough saved up to do that THIS Oct. instead of waiting until next June, which was our original plan.  The Quadies on this board might even turn into Quints, as we're looking at Oct. 22 (this all depends on what restaurants have available for us, but we're not expecting it to be too difficult to find a dinner space for 20 people in 5 months).

Also, my best friend and I are going dress shopping this week.  One of my favorites from looking online is this one, minus the shrug. I'll AW everything once we book the restaurant and have an official date.  Woohoo!
