  • I like your disclaimer: "no, you shouldn't really eat 600 calories.  I swear I will eat more!" :)

    I'm on my 2nd day of crosstraining with C25K.  But more importantly, I'm getting my sewing machine today. 

    I'm like a little kid on Christmas.
    I guess, to tell you the truth, I've never had much of a desire to grow facial hair. I think I've managed to play quarterback just fine without a mustache. - Peyton

  • B: Coffee, sugar and lotsa half n half. Plain instant oatmeal.
    L: 1 slice of cheddar and 1 slice of American cheese on 2 slices of bakery bread.
    D: Banana pepper, jalapeno infused olives, and pepperoni pizza, probably 2 slices.

  • B- hot chocolate, homemade strawberry muffin
    L-homemade sweet potato and cauliflower soup

    D- swiss chard pesto with whole wheat pasta

    E- two hours of dancing at rehearsal

    Last night I was too tired to make thw swiss chard pesto I had veggie nuggets and I cut up a potato to make my own oven fries.

    yesterday I went the whole day without a treat (ice cream, candy, tootsie roll, cookie, white flour, etc.).  I want to get through today as well, but my dad left a giant blueberry streusel muffin on my desk.  AH!  I'm going to save it for tomorrow (Friday is my "meh/cheat" day).

    ETA:  I ate the top of the muffin (1/4) and chunked the rest so I wouldn't snack on it.

    I only have 2-3 servings of veggies, but 6 servings of fruit.  grrrrr, why can't veggies be as sweet as fruit?  I might switch out the orange at dinner with some baby carrots or something.

    L- it's a baby shower pot luck and I don't know what anyone else brought...I brought a fruit salad
    D- soup with chicken, veggies, beans

    E- depending on the weather I'll either go for a run or use the elliptical

    I grew up in Lebanon...they dropped a 10 pound block of bologna at midnight on NYE :)
