I just wish that I could fast forward one year from now.  I really would like to get on with my life.

Irrational confession, I feel like when the G2G in Arizona comes about I will be the odd one out.  And not have anything in common with anyone.  Yes I'm that silly.

I can't stand drinking canned soda from a glass with ice.  I don't know why, it just doesn't taste the same.  I can drink fountain drinks over ice, and I can canned soda from the can, but still not canned soda over ice.  I'm weird.

I am the same way. Well, I don't drink pop anymore, but I used to be the same way. Mountain Dew from a can did not ever taste the same in a glass with ice, but I loved fountain Mountain Dew with ice.

Haha, I always notice when people call it soda or cola or coke too. It always sounds funny, lol. But here ... it's called pop, lol.

And I don't think there is an age that you are "allowed" to get married or whatever. Everyone is different. My parents got married when they were 20 and 21 and are still happily together 27 years later. Some people get married when they're 30 and divorce a year later. I think it depends on their attitude going into it. So I've never thought you strange or whatever for being a certain age when you got married.

it's my TOTM and I feel like I could burst into tears at anything.  so I'm drinking a diet coke, my second pop since the beginning of the year.  my last pop was last month, same time...  UGH.  I hate how melancholy I feel.

confession:  I'm a little nervous that when we bring home a new puppy, my dog right now won't like him and she'll be mean to him.  I really want them to be friends.  but she's grown up with lots of dogs (anywhere from 3-5 at one time) so it's not like it's a new thing.  it's irrational, but I'm a little worried.  I want there to be love in Coco's house!

confession:  I'm burned out on teaching kids on Wednesday nights at church.  I teach a class of 5-12 year olds, and then 10-12 year old girls are just killing me.  I was going to take a break starting in January, but another guy (who taught less than me... I've been teaching this class 9 years now) took a break because he got a new job...  so we're already understaffed.  *sigh*  can't wait for summer break.

random:  I'm taking an Italian cooking class in the morning at a local college.  I'm so excited.

I think your dog will be ok if she is used to other dogs being around. I'm sure they'll get along great. You could try rearranging the furniture and switching things up a bit when you bring him home though. I've heard that works with fish, lol. I don't know about dogs, but it couldn't hurt to shake up the territory a bit.

the class here is $29 for 3 hours.  I'm also taking a Mediterranean one in April.  they have pastry and cake/cupcake classes too, and Caribbean and something else, but I only signed up for Italian and Mediterranean... this time.

Tiger, I have strange moments where I revert back to my wall flower days. Such great dynamics on this board.  I tend to just flitter on the edges. 

Annoyance as of late, people who still don't know how to do simple functions in MS word.  Seriously...... you've worked in this industry longer than I've been alive and you still haven't mastered the right click copy and past function.  OMG!

I can't decide if I'm happy to have Monday off or not. I am looking forward to a 3 day weekend, but FI doesn't get it off and I really could use the money. I wish they would have overtime instead of a day off.

It sounds like this week wasn't the greatest for anyone. It always makes me wonder if it's something bigger, like the moon or something, that plays with our emotions. I don't know how to write that so that I don't sound like a weirdo.

Also, an irritation of mine.  I know they aren't popular everywhere, but since I'm from Ontario a lot of my friends have Jack and Jills for their weddings (they have their wedding party throw them a big party, invite all their friends and make a bunch of $$ to pay for the wedding, if you aren't familiar).   I hate hate hate the idea of this. 

My irritation with them is that friends on facebook keep inviting me to them.  They send out mass invitations obviously, but really?  I live across the country and you expect me to come back and help pay for a wedding I'm not invited to?  I know they probably don't think I'll make it, but the last one I actually was sent a message on FB saying they were sorry I couldn't make it.  Um, you didn't care enough about me to invite me to the wedding, I'm sure I won't be missed.

Maybe I'm just nuts.  But I hate the idea of Jack and Jills, and I get really annoyed when I get invites to them.  Via facebook.

I just spent 3 hours cleaning my apartment.  That's how bad it was.  

I also just spent about an hour choosing pictures for this picture frame set that FI got me, then I hung them all & I really don't think I like the way it looks.  

I threw a bunch of shiit into my crockpot earlier & I don't think it's going to be cooked in time for dinner because I put the chicken in frozen.  Oopsie.
