Not Engaged Yet


So you know how some people stress eat? And all the cake and ice cream in the world becomes their oyster of not fitting in pants? Well, I do the opposite. I went to the cafeteria to get a Pepsi b\c I am sooooo tired and I saw Boston cream pie. So I got it, ate half and am feeling so nauseated. It's disappointing.

    Aw, that does suck.  I get so excited about a fave food and then stuff myself with it til I can't appreciate it anymore. Have to keep reminding myself that less is more.

    I also can't eat if I am really stressed/ upset. If I do, food then makes me nauseated. I need a stress diet right about now.

    Hopefully you'll be able to eat soon.

    I'm normally a stress eater. Who am I kidding, I'm just an eater. I eat when I'm sad, stressed, annoyed, bored, happy, etc. But the last couple weeks, nothing really looks good. I eat then feel blah. I bet it's the heat...

    I am a terrible stress eater..I truly wish I could stop myself many times. It definitely dosent work for everyone but I hope you feel better soon.
