Okay so I just got the best news...I have an interview for a fourth grade teaching position on Monday! ahhhh!!! This is really great because this means that I will have the teaching job I've been trying to get for the past year already. Also, this means it makes it that much closer for bradley and I to make it official and get engaged. He already has the ring, just hasn't asked me quite yet. he wants it to be a surprise! I told him I'd like to be established with a full-time job for a year before we would get married, so this is exciting news for both of us.

Please pray that all goes well with my interview monday morning!
aaaaah!! So excited and so willing to do anything to get that job!!

I generally save my good wishes and prayers for people that I know, or for more important issues.  I am wondering if you posted this on the wrong board.  Did you mean to post this elsewhere?  Maybe some place where the posters know you or give a flying f-.

Oh Mutley... when I saw you replied I thought to myself "she either bit her head of for that post or was nice because she's a teacher trying to get a job and she will have sympathy on her because Mutley knows how hard that is right now".  Clearly my first instict was correct, as per usual.

Dwest, while I can empathize with the shitty climate for teachers, I don't get asking people you don't know at all for good thoughts or prayers. 

Plus the thought of a 'teacher' who peppers her post with a bizillion !!!!! makes me kind of stabby.
