Oh Ollie, I literally just teared up reading your post, this makes my heart ache, a lot.  I am so, so terribly sorry to hear that you are dealing with all of this. 

I don't recall if you were on the boards before, but I had a very similar thing happen with my BF(exFI) when he decided that it was just too much and he couldn't do it and my son and I moved out of his house.  I took time away from the boards as well, and I think that is a wise thing for you to do.  My best advice is to give him (and more importantly yourself) some space to refocus and heal.  Focus on your girls, your friends, your family, work, whatever.  Take some time to do something nice and relaxing for yourself (a hot bubble bath, a manicure, whatever makes you feel relaxed).

I am absolutely available to you if you need someone to talk to, someone who has been there.  I know how hard it is to go through a break-up when your kid(s) love the person as much as you.  I will PM you my email and facebook, I can't knot or be on facebook while working, but email I can do so feel free to shoot me an email, anytime!

Last, but not least.  HUGS!  Virtual hugs are nice, but do me a favor and turn to those girls of yours, give them hugs because they will give you the best hugs in the world and they need hugs too!
