*sigh* Okay, so this is a P&R, as I am beyond beyond swamped this week.
Yesterday started with no AC at work, no internet, no phones, no server, then internet, and then ac, and finally phones. That was the start - then my project manager quit/got fired in a collosal clusterfu*k event that had the entire office in an uproar, and the police ended up being called - it was just bad.
So needless to say, NOTHING got accomplished yesterday, and my boss and I are trying to pick up the pieces and keep everything moving and as calm as possible.
Then, I get woken from a dead sleep at 11:30 to BF's mom in a panic because the dog got sprayed by a skunk, and BF's dad was having issues with his eyes because of trying to wash the dog immediately. So that resulted in a store run to buy a shiitton of vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, and baking soda (I swear people were looking at me like I was building a bomb or something), and me only getting about 3.5 - 4 hours of sleep.
I'm exhausted, and the tasks in front of me are a little daunting, but I can handle it - I just may not be around much during the day anymore... I've got a lot to figure out and piece back together. My PM was a major role player in our company, and so much information was stored in his head, it's difficult trying to figure it all out.
On top of that, we had terrible storms yesterday, and my family is still without power from about 10:30 yesterday morning, so my 2 sisters (18, 9) are staying with me until it gets turned back on. My mom is in Lansing for training and my stepdad is working, as long as his work gets power back.
So, I will be around, but not much

I am in need of your thoughts and Prayers right now. This week isn't starting out so hot.

[QUOTE]Hang in there. My advice is try to find the humor in everything you have going on. Laughing or just smiling will help you feel better. Humor exists to help us through -- life can really suck, and sometimes you have to cry or laugh. I try to laugh as much as possible, b/c life is too short to spend it crying over things you can't control. *hugs* You CAN get through this week! Chin up, friend!

This is exactly what I'm trying to do. Today is better - still uber stressful, but Dan (my boss and the owner of the company) and I have gone over a lot, and I'm feeling a little better, but will feel better knowing some of this stuff is done. :)
You guys rock, thank you sooooo much! :)
Also, imagine how extra nice your weekend will be when you finally get some well deserved relaxation time!!
Hang in there, girl!
