It is paper that goes around a picture (in a frame). People would sign this. We are doing this instead of a guest book. Michaels is the way to go if you want a custom one. Tons of options and colors!

Bought mine from Michael's. It was about $10. It fits an an 8x10 picture, but the mat is 16x20 I believe.. it was a tight fit for everyone to sign and we had about 140 guests.
