Chit Chat

This Should Be Interesting!

over the last few weeks, I've been feeling some type of way.

my sisters gave me the bright idea to pee on a stick haha

peed on a clear blue (and several other random ones too lol)

I'm having a baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

however, the interesting part is if it happened when i think it happened, my baby will be here in July/August, i'll find out for sure sometime next week i suppose.

the interesting part is my wedding is in October.. oh boy! lol

What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.

So does that mean you're going to kick yourself out of the wedding for showing up with a child under 13?

Seriously I'm happy for you but I hope this changes your attitude about the way you've been acting regarding your wedding because your PP do not paint you in a good light.

it's my wedding. i don't want children there. yes i am having a baby, and no my baby will not be at my wedding. i would like him/her there but he/she will be entirely too young ang disruptive. he/she will be with my nanny. everybody else understands where i'm coming from and accepted it. children do not need to be at EVERY event their parents are invited to. even behaved children. i'm pretty sure my guests with children have heard the the grape wine that there are no children allowed at the wedding or reception. i have even had some guests ask and i was very upfront and said absolutely not. if they get mad, they don't need to come then. </p>

So if everyone understands and accepts where you're coming from why are you why do you think they are not going to listen to you?  Obviously you know they don't if you've already made plans to have them thrown out of your wedding when they show up with kids.  You're contradicting yourself.

I'm so glad your poor attitude hasn't changed.

  • I'm a lurker. If you're having the baby in July or August, they'd be a couple months old. From experience, a child that young will primarily sleep and would not be disruptive. Also, are you planning to breastfeed? If so, you'll either need to pump or have the baby with you. Just wanted to add my two cents.

well, it's already going around no kids at the wedding. it's rude to show with a child after being told no kids at the wedding. so yes, you will be asked to leave. random cut off age? a lot of people do it for reasons like mine. 13 is not random at all. likr i said before, judge all you want :)

Really you think causing public embarrassment of your guests is the best way to handle things.  This is a great way to cause problems within your family.  "I just want what I want" spoken like a true bridezilla. Your attitude is poor, you just don't want to admit that you're wrong.

Here's the thing. If you person tells you something they may just be a crazy person.  If 2 people tell you the same thing maybe they're friends and plotting together.  If multiple people tell you the same thing there must be some truth to it. So every single knottie can't be wrong...

First off no one is picking on you.

Next let me tell you a little secret. Etiquette works both ways. Your friends know more about it that you do because although they don't agree with you they're keeping their mouths shut.
