So, Im pretty organized with my guest list. I made a check list that says how many people are in each party that are invited. Our original number was 568 but our reception room is max 365 people. After going through the list with my parents and his parents and cutting people from the list and taking the numbers out of parties that need to be invited but know they wont come, we got the estimated number to 439. Both sides have cut as much as possible so now I don't know what to do. Do I just go ahead and send out save the dates and invite everyone on our list now and hope that RSVP's bring in a smaller number of guests? We are inviting kids but they are in the same count as all the adults. Does that make a difference?
