This thread makes me laugh. Scream kids are annoying anywhere. My sis never allows my nephew to act up in public, and hardly even at home. She's also a teacher so she's pretty good at wrangling unruly children lol.

Equally annoying at restaurants and elsewhere - adults who don't know how to use their inside voices, people who don't know how to chew with their mouths closed, people who talk with food in their mouth (KILLS me). I think most of these people have screaming kids lol.
