I bought a dress online and got it today but it is a little tight and I need to return it for the next size up. Their return policy is a nightmare. One of the things they ask for is that the manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton. No stickers or shipping labels are to go on the original package. Really?? So I have to put the big box that the dress came in into a slightly bigger box? That makes no sense. Can I just take it out of that box and put it into a regular cardboard box? Can I really just send it back in the original box? I really had to dig to find the place where it said I had to put it into another box.

I'm sure it has something to do with fraud. People who scam make us honest people go through more hoops.
I'd be happy you can return it at all because, as heels pointed out, most won't let you return because you bought the wrong size.
