HIIII!
Oh my...Everything was just perfect. Perfect. I woke up at 5 a.m. on Saturday and had coffee with my mom on her balcony. I felt a little sick from the nerves as everyone started to come over to get ready and ended up getting sick right before I left to get my makeup done. Once I came back from makeup I sat down to do my hair. My hairdresser is a pretty tough gal, but even she cried when my veil went in.
FI (I seriously just realized I have to type DH) choked up saying his vows, so I can't believe I remembered mine. "There wasn't a dry eye in the house" was something I heard over and over. We got to Church Landing a bit earlier than expected, but they came right out and got us water, drinks, and some snacks. The cocktail hour was incredible. Everyone could watch us take pics, talk with us, and our musicians played the Peanuts song.
We got to sneak peek our reception before everyone came in, and oh my God, I can't wait to show you girls the pictures. It was beautiful. Just amazing. Church Landing just did a fabulous job with EVERYTHING. We visited our guests during dinner and they would just come tap us when our food was served, and we'd go eat. We both ate our meals (yay!!!)
Our groomsmen were pretty crazy on the dance floor, so those pictures should be, well, interesting. Everyone worries about making ugly cry face during the ceremony, but I make ugly fun dancing face, hahahah!
Without further ado, here are some pictures. There are more on FB if we're friends!:
My dad walking me down the aisle. I just focused on DH the entire time. He said he couldn't look at me much or he'd cry. :-D
