POLL: Are you approving your MIL's wedding day outfit?

My FMIL told my FI that she read a blog that said she should not upstage my mother and the dresses should kinda go together. So I sent her a pic of my mom's dress and told her that I do not need to approve her dress. I guess she really wanted me to because she sent my FI a list of dresses she liked and every one of them upstaged my mom's dress (and my mom's is pretty dressy) and my mom is wearing black so now his mom wants to wear black. Are we going to a funeral? My mom is kinda mad that she is also wearing a very dressy black dress. The drama never stops. I don't know what she even made that statement to me if she was just going to upstage my mom anyway. i would have rather her said nothing.
