    A bridal magazine...then my dress!  Totally wasn't expecting to purchase it that day, but I tried it on, fell in love and it was on sale for 50% so couldn't say no!  ;)

    My dress! Impulse buy at the David's Bridal sale about 10 months before the wedding. And I LOVE it!!!

    Well, I proposed to him so I suppose it was his ring, and then the costs incurred with the proposal (I surprised him with a trip to Canada and on the last day was when I did it).

    Then he bought my ring, and I happened upon some perfect wedding shoes (which I think I changed my mind on, but hey they're cute and were $17 at an antique store). I almost bought my dress, but chickened out.

    I'd imagine reserving the venue will be next, then the dress.
    And if you should die before me, ask if you can take a friend. Pick a flower, close your eyes,and drift away- STP

    My first wedding related purchase was my destination wedding planning book....of course I cried when my MOH and I were in barnes & Noble picking it out....I swear I am too emotional.  I also picked up a bunch of wedding mags as well....

    First was the bridal magazines...I to did not want to buy one until I was actually engaged. Then a planning book then the venue.
