You know you're a bride when your wedding 'nightmares' consist of small details that could ruin your wedding.   I had a dream that my hair wasn't done up at all.  It was just down and plain.

Yes! Like the dream when your ceremony is about to start, you're about to walk down the aisle, and you look down and you're wearing the WRONG DRESS! Ugh terrifying haha.
  • Mines a little different. . .

You know you've been on the knot too long when your DH can follow what you're saying about certain posters/stories. . ;) And he also knows the abbreviations.

  • You feel happy because you found true love and get excited about planning a party for months and it will only last for a few hours.....
In Response to Re: You know you're a bride when... : Ncsu, your husband sounds a lot like mine.  Mr. Lucy will ask me every now and then what ever happened to so-and-so or whether today's big issue is honeymoon registries or vote for me posts.

Hah! Yup, DH is the same. He'll also be like 'Ask your knottie girls' if we're debating something and want outside opinions / ideas.

  • Every wedding consultant tells you, "Ay mamita, you've been losing weight".
You suddenly realize that every wedding you've ever attended broke SO. MANY. RULES and you feel a bit foolish that you didn't even notice at the time.
You find yourself saying, "I could totally DIY that" even though you wouldn't know a hot glue gun from a squirt gun.

I'm not a big DIY person but my mom makes EVERYTHING herself. If I hear the phrase "That would be SO easy to make" one more time... :)
You have to put the article of clothing, 8 new eyeshadows (that you don't need), or the new curling iron you were going to buy "just to try it out" back on the shelf, because "youre saving for your wedding"
    Posted by KayCee85
Yes! 100% ! I also stopped impulse buying homegoods that I registered for so I didn't end up getting something I already had. It's actually helped me be very conscious of my personal budget and the wedding budget!
