Bridal store doesn't carry the veil to go with the dress

I am interested in a particular veil and my boutique carries the designe,, of the veil and my dress but doesn't have the veil in the store, how am I supposed to try the veil on to see if I like it before purchasing?  All the other boutiques that carry the designer are far

I bought my veil on Etsy without every trying it on. I loved it.

Have you talked to the store about ordering it in so you can try it on?  Some stores will do this, sometimes for a tiny fee, and then if you don't like it they will just use it as a sample in their store.

Also, you don't necessarily have to purchase the veil that goes with your dress.  You can look around at other veils in your store or any other bridal store to see what you like or if one comes close to coordinating.

Try on a similar length and shape veil to make sure you like the way it looks on you, then just order it.  Veils are a lot easier than dresses to envision without actually trying.

I would also recommend looking at real brides with pictures of the veil and dress so you can envision what it would look like on yourself. Sometimes veil/dress combos are almost TOO much of one patttern/lace/etc. 

But like the other ladies said, try on one of similar shape, style, length and color and you will have a good idea of what it will be like when you order it. Sometimes people envision themselves in extra long veils and then realize they are too heavy. Definitely try one out!
