Need a little extra... filling

Ok so my dress fits perfectly and doesn't need any alterations, not bad for an off the rack dress.  However, me and my B cups don't fill out the bust completely (it doesn't look bad, just not all the way full) so I was going to get some of those gel/silicone pads.  This may sound dense, but do I need to get a bigger bra to accomodate the pads?  Or if I use my usual size bra (which I already have) will it give "the girls" more lift?  I don't want to look fake and busty when everyone who knows me knows that I'm not.

  • I dont, and i wear silcone only when i want more cleavage. I think that also depends on how much do you fill out your B. or you border line to a C, or is it comfortable. I would just put them in a bra that you have now and see how it looks

  • A lot of ladies on here suggested getting cups sewn into the dress, which I'm doing and it worked great!  I'm wearing them with the bra I already had.  It could be cheaper than getting the silicone and a new bra if that's the route you would have to go...
  • I have a similar problem as mentioned above. When I got fitted all three times, my dress fit perfectly! If anything, it was just a little too tight, but that was no biggie, b/c I was working out more this summer now that I'm not teaching.

Well, evidently all of the weight I've lost has been in my chest! Now there's this slight gap (maybe 1/2 an inch?) in the bust area and it looks a little odd. I thought about buying some of those cutlet things to see if that would help, b/c the wedding's in two weeks, and I don't want to take it back to the seamstress. (She took in too much one time, which is why it was tight...I can't have her doing something like that this close to the wedding!)

Suggestions? Do you think the cutlet things would work, just to take up a little more space in that area, or would something else be better. Thanks!
