Pop of color?

Hi ladies, I'm wearing MS Mirabella in diamond white: http://tinyurl.com/4zcyvf and I was thinking about maybe dying my crinoline (if I get one) for a pop of color, but am also debating whether or not to get shoes to do the trick instead. Have any of you done one or the other, or both? Do you think doing both would be overkill if they were in the same color? Or neither? Just looking for opinions -- I know you probably can't see either one much with the long dress, but I thought they'd be cute for photos or if they were visible while dancing. :) Thanks in advance!

 • http://tinyurl.com/4zcyvfYour dress has so much detail already, I really think that a dyed crinoline would be way overkill. Plus I'm not even really sure how that would work given that the bottom of your dress looks like tulle.Personally, I wouldn't even go for coloured shoes (except maybe gold), but I don't think it would be completely terrible. Your dress really does speak for itself already.

 • Both would be overkill, in my opinion.  I feel like the point of colored shoes is to add some "drama" to your look, but they would get lost if the crinoline was the same color.
 • My dress is ivory taffeta with a little tiny bit of beading around the bust area. I am wearing red shoes to add colour and make a statement. Your dress has a lot more detail than mine does, but I think you could still wear a cute coloured pair of shoes. It's not like your shoes will show when you're standing at the alter. :) I just want mine for pictures! :)
 • Thanks Alko! Glad you enjoyed it, and it certainly was a great day :)
