Dresses like J Crew Arabelle?

My husband and I got married in June in NC, and we are planning a fall reception for his family & friends in Michigan. I love the J Crew Arabelle dress in graphite and would like to wear something like it to the reception, but $400 is just too much to spend right now. Does anyone know where I can find a dress like the Arabelle? I love the color, shape, and fabric- basically everything about it except the price :-)!

Oh - I saw that dress and loved it, too!  If it had been released a bit sooner, I would have gotten it in the spiced wine for my wedding.

You could try looking on Ebay for the exact J Crew dress.  Is the short version of Arabelle an option for you?  It's $225.

My sister/MOH is wearing the short arabelle in graphite for my wedding! It's so beautiful!

I find that J. Crew often sends out 20% of orders of $150 or more several times throughout the year and I haven't seen one recently, you might just sign up for their newsletter and see if they send that discount soon while you're still looking around (not sure if it would still be too much, this is what we're hoping to do to order the bridesmaid dresses). Also, if you're a teacher or student, you can get 15% off your order.
