Wedding NIght Wear

My sister sent me an "Awesome Wife" package as she put it that included some sexy "wedding night wear"...Does anyone get...I guess nervous? about wearing lingerie? Its something I have never done before and for some reason I'm terrified of it! Just wondering if I'm the only weirdo out there that is terrified about this!

Haha, your sister is cute! I'm considering get a babydoll on my wedding night, just in case we're not so exhausted that we expect, and we can still have fun!
Never compare your love story with those in the movies, because they're written by scriptwriters, yours is written by GOD.

I'll be wearing my dress to the hotel, and I will definitely need help getting out of it (corset).  But after the dress is off, all I'll be wearing are panties & heels....which should serve just fine =]

I've never really worn lingerie before either, but I'm planning on bringing some on the honeymoon.  I guess there has to be a first time for everything!  I'm not really nervous about it - but if you are, maybe start out with something a little less scandalous?  IE, white babydoll vs see-thru bra/crotchless panties/thigh highs?  I'm sure either way your FI will love something new.

It may feel a little silly at first but it can be a lot of fun to wear! Don't be embarassed!

There's a lot of nice lingere out there that isn't 'whoo, smexy!'.  I've gotten and worn several kinds, mostly babydolls or short gowns, because it makes me feel more attractive.  That, in turn, makes me super sexy to FI, so it's a win-win situation!  XD

The thing about lingere is that yeah, guys like it, but it's also for the ladies.  As long as you feel sexy wearing it, the guys will respond to that, even if it's not the smexy/lacy/frilly/two-butterflys-and-a-cork type of thing.  Wear whatever makes you feel attracitve, and you'll be fine.  ^_^

I love wearing lingerie and don't find it weird at all. For my wedding night I will be slipping out of the dress into my bra and panties and that will be all. We will be exhausted and like PP said... enough dress up for one day. I will save the sexy stuff for the HM

"Kidding" or "joking" didn't even cross my sisters mind when she put together the box, that I am 110% sure of. We are close in age and talk about everything, she constantly says I need to 'adventure' more. We are complete opposites, ever see the movie "In Her Shoes"? We are similar to that, except we are best friends.

She got me a white, lace babydoll from Victoria Secret that is actually very pretty and apparently more "conservative" then what I should be expecting for my bridal shower according to her letter (BTW she is stationed overseas so all of our coversations unfortunately take place through e-mail and snail mail). I guess I just don't know how to go about it. The whole "Let me slip into something more comfortable" that you see in movies just seems...Stupid. I just hope I don't make myself look like a fool! I'm afraid I'll embarrass myself! However the fact of taking off a wedding gown and being in just undergarments and heels is something I definintely won't have a problem with on the wedding night! That I'll be comfortable with lol.
