affordable hair pin

Does anyone have any good ideas on where to find a feather hair pin for less than $20?  My wedding is in 3 weeks so I can't order online--which leaves stores like kohls, jc pennys, etc....  I've done some shopping around but it seems I can only find them at bridal stores, and they cost $75 for what looks like a feather glued onto a bobby pin! Is this something I could do myself? Im not very crafty and I don't have a lot of time but if it's simple I'd be willing to save myself some moolah! Thanks!

I found mine in the floral section at Michaels! WIth a 40% coupon it was about $3. Although it was a tad bit big I cut it down and it is perfect! Also, try hobby lobby! Make sure if you do find one you want to cut, don't cut it straight (it won't look natural). 

Also, I was recently in Icing and found some there!

Michaels definitely has them, there are some in the bridal section (already made) then I have also found some in a section that has stuff to make headbands, you would just have to sew an comb or clip on.

Also make sure you google and print yourself a coupon!
