Vintage/Polka Dot BM Dresses

My FI and I are having a 50's themed wedding with a modern twist. For my BM dresses, I would love to have a 50's style dress in royal or navy blue with polka dots. Does anyone know any designers who sell dresses like these? Or has anyone ever made a dress? I am not opposed to having a dress custom made, but I do worry about the cost and travel for my BM (they are college friends, and are from different parts of the state).

i just saw a few polka dot dresses on mod cloth today! i cant sne u a link b/c im posting from my phone. but go to modcloth.com & search dresses. i looooove the idea, by the way! i hope you find something!

I couldn't find much in navy.  Most of the navy ones were in girls' sizes and the dresses for adults were other colors.  Here's what I was able to find:

This one is listed in what I believe are Canadian or French sizes, so you'd need to convert them to US sizes
