Shoe Dilemma

I am having an issue finding shoes for my wedding dress. I am 6' tall already and my fiance is 6'1". He does not want me taller than him. My wedding is outdoors so my dress is not floor length and some of my shoes will show. Where can I find a pretty pair of shoes with a 1 inch heel or less? The ballet flats at David's Bridal were not very attractive.

I'd also encourage you to "think outside the bridal shoebox". You can find so many cuter styles (either in white or another fun color) just by searching the brands you'd usually look through when you go shoe shopping. Try zappos.com for ideas. My own silver ballet flats were made by J. Crew, and as a bonus, I've been able to wear them with several other outfits!
