live in NY but getting married in FL. sending gown options?!

just recently got my dress!!!! woo lol however i live in NY and we are getting married in st pete, Fl. do i take dress on flight as carry on?  My brother lives in fl area where we are going do i send it before to him UPS?  NERVOUS!

    Well I wouldn't want to worry about it getting lost so you could ups it with insurance or bring it with you on the plane

    Just bring it on the plane.  I carried on my dress in a hang up bag from Philly to Bermuda and back.  The plane didn't have an extra closet, but I placed it over top of luggage in the overhead bin.  It was totally fine.

    I agree, bring it on the plane.  You don't want to chance it being lost (or damaged if someone doesn't treat it properly).
