What color shoes?

I have no idea what color shoes I should suggest to my bridesmaids/MOH.  I want them to pick out shoes they can wear again since they are buying them, so I only need a uniform color.  These are the dresses.  The MOH is the one in espresso, while the bridesmaids are in the gold.

You don't even "need" a color. Let them wear whatever they choose!

That said, I'd suggest gold. Formal shoes in metallics are easy to find and easy to wear again since it's a neutral color and goes with almost anything.

I'd go with nude. Truly, you will barely notice them, and I could ALWAYS use a new pair of nude heels.
