Jays Bridal Closing/ Mori Lee Contact Info PLEASE

So ladies, I ordered my dress a little while ago through Jay's Bridal. I ordered it online, but as many of you know, they have a brick and mortar store in Gainesville, FL.

I have not received my dress, and as of Aug, 1st, the store closed.  I was given no warning, no contact, and no further instructions on if I can ever get my dress.  I keep hearing stories from other girls that have had stores close on them that I can contact the designer and see if my order is still in processing with them.

Is there anyone that knows the direct contact information for Mori Lee?  They don't have anything online and I've sent a message to their FB page with no response yet.  My wedding is in January and I'm freaking out a bit.

I'm sorry to hear about this.  I am a former customer of Jay's Bridal and had great service with them.  It's horrible that they haven't contacted their customers about their orders.  The only contact info I've found for Mori Lee is their privacy email.  Good luck!

Duds, I actually found that number through some intense google searching, ha, and it's out of service unfortunately.

I'm going to try that email, and I just called a local shop and they said they will try to call Mori Lee on Monday and fight for the gown for me bc apparently the company won't deal directly with customers.
