Hi!
I am trying to find an wedding band that will match my engagement ring. I have no conventional wisdom on this stuff. I have a princess cut diamond.. but then I'm looking for a wedding band that will go good with that. The only thing that has been suggested is a princess cut wedding band with a channel, which I don't care for. Is it bad to have an round diamond eternity ring? Are there any rules of thumb?
Please help!
Thanks,
B

This ring is similar to the one I picked for my wedding band to match my 3 stone princess cut E-Ring... but Zales is ridiculously overpriced. They have this same band on Blue Nile and iweddingband for MUCH cheaper. HTH!

I have a princess solitaire with a design engraved on the band. My wedding ring has a matching design engraved on it.
this is what i have
my e ring is an asschur cut center stone, surrounded by these exact diamonds
the band is this exactly
I love the one from zales that is linked by a PP. I couldn't find it on bluenile, however.
I found two rings i like, one as we wedding band, one as an engagment ring, and they don't go together really, but what we are doing is my e-ring was store bought. Right after I found a band that I loved and have been dreaming about forever, even though it was way out of my price range and an eternity ring. FI's mom gave him some old family gold and we had it melted down and refigned. We took it to a local jeweler who has been making his own custom work for over 25 years. He has a vision for rings, so we took him pictures of things we liked, and $500 for both rings ($700 total with the refining) we are getting both rings custom made. If you have some old jewelry that you don't wear anymore, or your parents to or grandparents, you might be able to work with someone and use their ideas of what looks good??? Granted we melted down grandparent's wedding bands and e-rings to get our stones, but something like that could be an option.
