Name this dress! Lazaro?

I saw this dress on the Bridals by Lori website (yes...like from Say Yes to the Dress Atlanta) and it identifies it as a Lazaro dress...yet when I go on the Lazaro site it doesn't list the dress number provided as being a dress at all! Does anyone know where I might find it?

It's Lazaro LZ3865. It's beautiful.  If you google it, you'll see a link to the JLM couture site that also links to a real bride wearing it.
